    PCA Revolving Loan Fund

    Looking to tackle those long delayed home improvements this spring?  The PCA and BCFCU can offer low-interest short term loans to help you get started with a number of eligible exterior improvements.

    • Reserved for properties in the Vernon Triangle (between Amherst, Main and Fairfield)
    • It will be restricted to Low-mod income families: 

    Income Limit – 110% AMI

    • 1 Person – $50,380
    • 2 Person – $57,530
    • 3 Person – $64,680
    • 4 Person – $71,830
    • 5 Person – $77,660
    • 6 Person – $83,380
    • 7 Person – $89,100
    • 8 Person – $94,820
    • or  “Elderly or disabled”, defined as any household whose head, spouse, or sole member is over the age of 62, or is a person with disabilities.
    • Loans of up to $2,000, unsecured to your property
    • 5% interest for up to 2-years
    • A $2,000, 2-year loan carries a monthly bill of just $87.

     

    For more details contact the Buffalo Cooperative Federal Credit Union at (716) 881-3767, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM., and Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00PM.  Funds are limited and will be distributed on a first come basis to eligible applicants.
