    Parkside Neighborhood Logo Contest 2016

What does the Parkside Neighborhood Mean to YOU?

We invite you, our Parkside neighbors, to submit original artwork and concepts to the Parkside neighborhood logo contest.  The logo should evoke ideas about the neighborhood’s identity and characteristics.  The logo designs will be judged by the Parkside Community Association board members.  The logo will be judged on creativity, the values it incorporates, and the versatility to be used at multiple scales and formats.

    A good logo should:

    • Include the word ‘PARKSIDE’ in full
    • Evoke ideas about the Parkside Neighborhood values and character
    • Be legible in both color and black and white
    • Be usable at multiple scales and formats

Please email high resolution submissions in jpg, png, ai, pdf, indd, or tiff to pcadirector@gmail.com by end of day on Tuesday November 1, 2016. Be sure to include your name and contact information in the email.  Files should not exceed 5 MB.  We look forward to your submissions!

The chosen logo will become part of the creative commons and will be accessible to use and share by all.  The original format of the chosen logo will be shared on the Parkside Community Association website.  Although the logo contest is sponsored by the Parkside Community Association, the logo is not meant to be used as the association’s logo.  Rather, it is meant to create an identity for the neighborhood and the community.

The chosen winner will receive a ‘Parkside’ themed gift pack and a free one year PCA membership.
