    What Is Camp All About?

    For over thirty years the Parkside Summer Arts Camp has provided quality arts education programming for children during their summer vacations. We hope you will join us in 2017 as we continue our long tradition of providing quality arts education for our youth. 

    This year we will continue our formal internship program for those ages 13-14. This program is an evolution from our previous Counselor in Training program, and has been designed to maximize the learning and talent potential of young people after they transition out of the role of camper.     Session Information

    Session Dates:
            Session I  - July 11-July 28, 2017
            Session II - July 31-August 18, 2017

    Times:
            Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (early drop off and late pick up options available with advanced notice)

    Fees:
            If paid by May 12, 2017 - Early Bird Rates

    Non-Member/Full Registration: $330/child/session
    PCA Member Registration: $285/child/session
    Reduced Registration*: $145/child/session (see income limits below)

    If paid after May 12, 2017 - Regular Rates

    Non-Member/Full Registration: $350/child/session  
    PCA Member Registration: $300/child/session
    Reduced Registration*: $150/child/session (see income limits below)

    If you are interested in signing your child up for our 2017 Summer Arts Camp during normal camp hours, but have specific scheduling conflicts/requirements; please call our office to discuss possible accommodations to help your child attend part of the Camp.

    In order to qualify for Reduced Registration, your gross annual income must be at or below the limits listed below, according to the number of people in your household. For income level verification, please provide a copy of your 2016 Form 1040.

     Employment Information for 2017

    This year we will continue our formal Internship Program for those ages 13-14.     For applicants who will be 15 years old by July 1, 2017, please fill out of the Employment Application AND the Mayor's Summer Internship Program (MSIP) Application PDFs linked below. The Parkside Summer Camp Employment Application must be submitted to the PCA office (2318 Main Street Buffalo, NY 14214), no later than April 28, 2017. The MSIP application must be submitted to the Mayor's office (Department of Community Services, 65 Niagara Square Room 1701, Buffalo, NY 14202), by April 28, 2017 as well. To help MSIP and the PCA to match your applications we advise writing "Parkside Summer Arts Camp" on the top of your MSIP application. If you have any questions, please reach out to our office, 716-838-1240 or PCAdirector@gmail.com.

    Camper Registration Form

    PDF of the Registration Form to print and return to the PCA office, 2318 Main Street Buffalo, NY 14214. One form is required per camper.

    Mayor's Summer Internship Program (MSIP) Application 2017

    For applicants who are at least 15 years old by July 1, 2017. Turn in to the Mayor's office by April 28, 2017. Write "Parkside Summer Arts Camp" at the top of your application.

    Employment Application 2017

    For applicants who are at least 15 years old by July 1, 2017, you must submit a completed Employment Application to the Parkside office, 2318 Main Street, by April 28, 2017. This may be in addition to the MSIP Application above, if MSIP applies to you.

    Internship Application 2017

    The Internship Application is for 13 and 14 year olds who are transitioning out of the role of camper. Applications are due to the Parkside office, 2318 Main Street, by May 26, 2017.
