    Trouble Receiving PCA E-Mails?

We have recently noticed some of our association members and community members are not receiving requested email updates from our office. We are doing all we can to ensure delivery, but if you are having trouble receiving mail from the Parkside Community Association, a firewall or spam filtering service is likely the cause of the issue.

The good new is, you can "white list" several domains and IP addresses to ensure safe delivery.  Depending on your e-mail service, you may be able to do this yourself, or you may need the assistance of your IT administrator.  We recommend "white listing" the following:

    • starchapteremailhost2.com
    • hostemail1.starchapterhost.com
    • hostmailbox1.starchapterhost.com
    • hostapp1.starchapterhost.com
    • hostapp2.starchapterhost.com
    • hostapp3.starchapterhost.com
    • hostapp4.starchapterhost.com
    • starchaptermail.com

Messages from the PCA will usually have the same reply-to email address on them, info@parksidebuffalo.org.  Adding this address to your address book or contact list can also help ensure delivery.  Adding webmail@parksidebuffalo.org to the address book or contact list may also help. These changes can be helpful if e-mails are being reported as bounced, too.

When we notice messages being soft or hard bounced back to our server, we issue a "re-verification" email to help get you back on our list of news and updates. Whitelisting and saving our email address, as suggested above, will aid in the process of receiving re-verifcation as well.

Your email provider can instruct you through how to "white list" but here are a couple of links for those who use AOL or Verizon, two of the most commonly bounced servers in our system:
