Annual Appeal
Dear Neighbors and Friends,
Thank you all for a wonderful 2012. It has been a year full of challenges and accomplishments as we wind down lthe two largest State Grants the PCA has ever seen. Managing 7 construction jobs while continuing to provide the same programming you've come to expect has not been without its challenges, but we're proud to have you stick by us throughout.
As we prepare for 2013 and our 50th anniversary, we continue to find our way in an environment in which we are all asked to do more with fewer resources. While we look to reduce costs and identify additional grant programs and foundational support, the writing has been on the wall for some time now. The PCA needs to move towards relying on membership support and less on public dollars to keep our doors open.
Once again, we are rededicating ourselves to focusing on our membership drives and increasing our base. If you or your neighbors have ever enjoyed a community event, sent your kids to learn at our summer camp, or if you simply appreciate being part of a community that cares for its neighbors, please take the time to consider supporting us once again with a donation to our annual appeal. While this drive continues, if you value your neighborhood, and want to help keep it the best place in Buffalo to live, raise a family and retire, please consider making a year end gift to the PCA.
