    PCA Quality of Life Committee Meeting. This committee meets monthly at the PCA office (2318 Main Street) to discuss issues such as housing, neighborhood beautification and crime prevention.     The Buffalo Police Department has issued this PDF tip sheet to help deter and prevent automobile thefts.
