Chocolate & Wine Tasting @ Choco-Logo

After taking a year off, the Parkside Community Association is proud to once again be offering a special wine / chocolate tasting tour of Buffalo's only downtown chocolate factory and shop, Choco-Logo.

Participants will be guided through the factory floor, stopping along the way to learn about the process of developing fine chocolate and how to distinguish an overly sweet mass-marketed Hershey bar from the subtle caramel undertones that only come from the toasted milk fats of an artisanal process.

Explore the nuances as individual hand crafted pieces are paired with a selection of different wines at the end of your tour. Choco-Logo will donate a portion of all sales from the gift shop to the PCA, as well as the tour tickets, so be sure to load up before the Easter Holiday. Mark your calendar now. Spaces will be limited.

There are two 45 minute tours available at 6:30pm and 7:15pm.
