Quality of Life and Housing Committee

The PCA Quality of Life and Housing Committee is interested in providing resources and sponsoring initiatives that promote a vibrant and exciting neighborhood while respecting the historic nature of the Parkside Community.  We have begun acquainting ourselves with housing court procedures and hope to develop resources for residents,( financial, physical and sometimes social) to provide a better experience of our historic neighborhood. We hope to welcome new residents and familiarize ourselves with long-time  Parksiders to better understand housing issues within the neighborhood. We want to acknowledge improved properties knowing that these improvements reflect considerable efforts from homeowners.  In efforts to encourage the growth of a beautiful community to be enjoyed by all ages, the Housing Committee will focus on the following areas:

    • Beautification

    • Crime Prevention

    • Garden Committee

    • Housing Resources, Policies, Violations, & Improvements

If you'd like to learn more about the committee's efforts, become a member, or have something you'd like to bring before the committee, please email info@parksidebuffalo.org or call the PCA at 716-838-1240.
