Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Day

Saturday, July 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
BPS #66 North Park Academy, 780 Parkside Avenue.

On Household Hazardous Waste Day, the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works, Parks and Streets will collect household items no longer in use by residents. Some items accepted include pesticides, fertilizers, pool and household chemicals/cleaners, oil-based paints, spray cans, paint thinner, stripper and solvents, batteries, oil, gasoline, kerosene and antifreeze, tires, electronic waste and fluorescent light bulbs. All items will be disposed or recycled in a responsible and environmentally safe manner. For more information, please call 311 or 851-4890 or visit www.buffalorecycles.org.
