    A resident reports "There was an extremely loud party on Friday night on Main Street held in backyards facing Crescent. Several neighbors called the police starting at 10:30 PM. Police came at about 1:30 AM and broke up the party."

    For information about Noise see the City of Buffalo codes, chapter 293. "Quiet hours" are in effect between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except Fridays and Saturdays, when the evening hours shall begin at 11:00 p.m.

    Residents should call 911 to report violations at the time of the incident, but may also call 311 and log a complaint and receive a tracking number. Concerns received through 311 will be forwarded to the police for investigation.
