Martin House Closed Temporarily in Response to Health Crisis
Effective immediately, the Martin House will temporarily close to public visitation in response to the current health crisis. Our concern for the health and safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff — and that of the Buffalo community at large —leads to this appropriate course of action.
All public and group tours are cancelled, the on-site museum store will be closed, and all programs will be temporarily postponed through the end of March. For assistance with rescheduling tour reservations, please call 716.856.3858.
This temporary closure also includes rental events, education programs, and docent programs. Please visit martinhouse.org for updates throughout the coming weeks.
During this interruption, we continue in our mission to preserve, interpret, promote, and sustain Frank Lloyd Wright’s Martin House. Your continuing support is welcome. Please consider visiting our online museum store at martinhouse.org/shop or consider a financial gift at martinhouse.org/makeagift.
There is no where else in Buffalo, NY with a legacy of community like Parkside. Display your love, whether you live here, work here, or are from the neighborhood. You can always call this home.
The Parkside Century Home Plaque Program celebrates our historically designed Frederick Law Olmsted neighborhood and the significance of its homes. The plaque is available to all homeowners in Parkside. The circa option is used for years that are estimated (for example, circa 1899). The cost of the plaque is $200.00 which includes shipping and handling to the PCA office.
