Sign up for v-safe – a new smartphone tool from CDC that checks in on you after your COVID-19 vaccine. You can report any side effects and help CDC monitor the safety of the vaccine. This kind of continued vaccine safety monitoring can find adverse events that may not have been seen in clinical trials and allows experts to study it to see if it is a true safety concern.
