Now Hiring - Administrative AssistantAdministrative Assistant:The Parkside Community Association (PCA), Buffalo, New York The PCA, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit and the largest membership-based community association in the City of Buffalo, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (Admin). The best candidate is someone who is both committed to the mission of the PCA and enjoys dealing with the public and administration. The Admin is the first point of contact for members and the general public and is responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for the PCA and the Board of Directors (BOD). The Admin also handles the day-to-day communications for the organization. This includes answering calls and emails; taking messages; and preparing or writing letters. The Admin will maintain membership records, handle requests for information and data and update and maintain the office website and social media accounts to ensure they are current and user-friendly.
