52 Tillinghast Place was built in 1911. The homeowners have lived there for 18 years and were initially attracted to the Parkside area because of the friendly, walkable neighborhood and the style of the home itself.  There are several items of note in this home, especially the arts and crafts style dining room, living room and the library. Over the years they have added period wallpaper, woodwork and stained glass windows in the living room consistent with the original features and built a new library.
